Terry Schweigerdt, 79, of Lodi, California passed away on October 25, 2017 after a long battle with Dementia. He was born in South Dakota and at the age of 15 his family moved to Lodi where he graduated high school. Terry married the love of his life, Judy Zimbelmann, on June 6, 1958. He started his career in the Food Service Industry at Safeway as a bag boy working his way up to management. He then went on to further his career working at Wonder Bread, Hostess and Entenmann’s, then retired from Oroweat Foods in 2000. Terry is survived by Judy, his wife of 59 years and their three children: Sandy Boccia (Dino), Suzie Collins and Scott Schweigerdt (Jodi); three grandchildren: Breanne Maas (Alan), Tiffany Berwick (John) and John Schweigerdt (Tarah); six great grandchildren, sister-in-law Dolores Zimbelmann and niece Kimberly Beine (David).Terry was preceded in death by his parents, George and Leona Schweigerdt, sister Kyle Freedman and son-in-law Roger Collins.Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, October 27th, 2017 at Cherokee Memorial Park, Hwy 99 and Harney Lane, Lodi, Ca, 95240.
